PV Menu (Sunday)

B: Bacon (with fat cut off) & scrambled eggs & coffee w/ about 40ml skimmed milk

L: Red pepper & (a lot of..) paprika soup with slices of ham

D: Roast Chicken with roasted butternut squash, brocoli & cabbage

Snacks: dukan muffins & a mullerlight vanilla (tolerated..naughty :D )

+ 2 litres water

L - fillet steak/turkey with thai green curry sauce made with 1 tablespoon quark/ strawberry mousse
D - chicken breast with dukan bbq sauce/ 2 muffins

Sn fromage frais, more beef, tea/coffee with skim milk

D - chicken and vegetable soup, tortilla wrap with chicken/salad, custard

Wednesday - carb day
B - porridge, fruit
L - chicken and vegetable soup (leftovers), ravioles (cheese and pasta in one)
D - chicken and squash curry, fromage blanc

Thursday - PP (conso style)
B - porridge
L - white fish and seafood in white sauce, yogurt
D - tuna mayonnaise, rabbit maybe (need to see if I can get one) otherwise more fish

B: *250ml water* 1 whole egg & two whites scarmbled with 2tbsp skimmed milk & 2 rashers bacon (fat off)

*1 pint water* *1 coffee w/ 2tbsp skimmed milk*

mid-morning: 2tbsp 0% greek yog & a mini galette

L: Tuna (in brine) with 1tbsp extra-light philadelphia

might have a bit of yoghurt or quark..

snacking on chicken..

D: Spicy mince

& some rhubarb for pud :)

+ I'm gonna brave the cold for a walk later
+ I have more mini-galette to snack on
+more water & green/herbal teas

L - Tuna
D - Ham and Eggs
S - Chicken soup

Sunday PV:
B - Bacon, mushrooms, grilled 1/2 tomato
L - Quiche, cold chicken, veg soup
D - Chilli and beansprouts
S - Lemon and ginger muffin with wee bit of icing, whilst watching "Call the Midwife" :)
