+ 1/2 hour walk :)

L: Meatloaf
D: Chicken

+ snacks: yoghurt & chicken
+ 2 litres water/green/herbal teas
+ walking & hopefully Zumba!

D - white fish/herbs/garlic, maybe more chicken, maybe more fromage blanc...maybe something else white:p
 
Wednesday - PV

L: courgette, celery & chicken soup
D: Spicy beef casserole (w/tomatoes, carrot) & celeriac mash

& snacks; yoghurt & chicken

+ lots of walking (in the cold : )
+ 2 litres of water/green & herbal teas

D- mince
Snacks- sf jelly, blackcurrant mousse, muffin & may throw some meat in somewhere during the day
 
Thursday - PP (I feel greedy.. & I have a sinus infection :( )

D: Turkey mince w/spices

Probably eat some yoghurt..
+ walked to the doctors :) which was about 10 mins there & back plus walking kids to/from school
+ 2 litres water/tea/green&herbal teas

B-coffee, hard boiled egg! Finally a quick, eatable item first thing.
S-vent vanilla nf Starbucks latte (nice splurge, coupon for expired yesterday)
L-cooked ground/mince sirloin fried onions, garlic, tampico sauce
D-1/4chicken breast, more ground beef
S-yogurt, drink powder
Oat bran, wheat bran porridge

Not so great on water, 3diet coke cans.
Still no walking yet
