Daily menus

PP today and had visitors so ermmm... went a bit off track

B- 2 passion fruit muffins & passion fruit quark icing, 2 black coffees
L- 2 egg omelette & ham, black coffee
D- well after 8pm :eek: 2 grilled chicken breasts while everyone else had a chippy
snack- muffin.... erm and shared 2 bottles of wine :p
 
I think it's only the extra light laughing cow that's tolerated not the light......

That would be great! Now just to find it.

Also where does everyone get their ff hard cheese from?

I'm in the states and get it from a food coop. So, more of a natural foods place, maybe. My regular grocery doesn't carry it.

D: Salmon fillet and Prawns

90 Mins of Zumba and possibly a 10 minute walk over to the shop to get something to go in my Scrambled egg!

after-gym snack: 1 chicken leg & 1 slice bacon (fat removed)

L: tuna & 2 tbsp fromage frais

D: salmon & 2 tbsp fromage frais

Oatbran & rhubarb pudding

today - muffins, 2 dry fried eggs, lunch?, roast salmon in paprika & black pepper & Jo's crepe recipe with a squirt of lemon juice & sweetner.

Attack day 2!

B: Oat Bran cookie and a cup of tea

S: Chicken pieces

L: Salmon Fillet and prawns, SF Jelly

D: Marinated chicken and Crustless Quiche

P: Total 0% Yogurt and maybe some more jelly!

: Porridge; 2 tbsp oatbran, water, 2 tbsp skimmed milk & 2 tsp sweetener & will probably have a coffee with 2 tbsp skimmed milk soon!

L: Roated butternut squash soup with a dollop of fromage frais & probably some salmon

D: Turkey mince & cabbage & leek.. possibly some tomatoes..

Snacks; yoghurt, chicken leg & might try the "pancake/crepe" recipe I see Maintainer posted :D

+ 2 litres water/herbal teas etc
+ I'm gonna go for a walk

B: Total 0% yogurt with oat bran and a tsp of sweetner oh and a cuppa!

L: 2 small chicken breasts, beef slices and SF Jelly

D: Mexican beef & Crustless Quiche

make sure you get a silicone one joydriven otherwise you will be picking the muffins off the paper for hours lol
 
Trying a different approach this week - 2 (non-white but no egg yolk) PP meals over 2 days instead of the whole PP day.

So...

Dinner tonight
white fish, frozen seafood mix and a small amount of smoked salmon in white sauce, fromage blanc for pud

Thursday lunchtime
tuna with fromage blanc mayo and some Dukan bread, roast chicken (or maybe boiled so the kids can have ravioles cooked in the stock with it)

Will probably be able to weigh in next week, so will do a proper stab white PP day before then:p.
