States abbrev's are little t for little teaspoon, big T for big Tablespoon, nice & easy.:)

B-omelet w spinach, turkey, red pepper & totally yucky nf cheddar cheese. Do miss a good melty cheese, won't be doing omelets again till a sub or conso. Better off w hb egg, half a red pepper and spinach seperately.
L-yogurt
D-artichoke, nf yogurt, lemon j, spinach w balsamic.
S-finally, illustrative d. Muffins! Zucchini, cinnamon, vanilla w vanilla nf cream cheese frosting, yum.

L: Salmon coated with oatbran with small amount of pepper, carrot & cherry tomatoes

D: Not sure yet but probably take away curry :/ will make the best choices i can!
