D- venison sausage casserole & roasted butternut squash

B: Total 0% Yogurt mixed with oat bran and rhubarb :D

L: Mixed Salad with Chicken thighs and ham, SF Jelly

D: Chicken breast stuffed with seasoned quark & Spinach, roasted BNS and veg
 
Strict PP day tomorrow - I know I've gained over the last 6 weeks of 'camping' and probably will gain more before we're back to normal!

B - Galette made with egg white only
L + D - roast chicken, fromage blanc (am aiming for the whole chicken over the day!)

I was naughty this morning, I had a Galaxy caramel cake bar and 2 cadbury hero chocolates :( Im sorry :(
