B- goji berry & cinnamon muffins, 1/2 a portion of tofu cream
L- scrambled eggs & prawns
D- salmon & cottage cheese
 
Monday PV + fruit + cheese

B - porridge, apple
L - cheeseburger pie (with cheese on top!), green beans, fromage blanc
S - orange
D - tuna mayo, ham omelette, spinach

Tuesday - same

B - Dukan bread, strained yogurt, no added sugar fruit puree
L - bolognaise with carrot and courgette tagliatelle, rest of bread and cheese
S - pear
D - leek soup, bacon and eggs

Wednesday

B - Dukan porridge, fruit
L - Rest of leek soup, tuna quiche (with cheese), fromage blanc
S - fruit
D - white fish, smoked salmon, frozen seafood mix in white sauce with veg, home-made yogurt

Thursday PP

B - Galette (no yolk)
L and D - roast chicken, fromage blanc

S: Apple

L: Not sure yet, want something hot!

D: Ham, mushroom & spinach omellete with BNS chips!

We have inherited (or rather husband who fell in love with them when he saw them years ago!) the scales that my Dad used in his surgery - old wooden/marble and very accurate (Dad always said, anyway). So, I converted (and worked out that when I started stab, I was just under 10 stone, so going from that I'm almost half a stone heavier:eek:) and will continue in imperial. Most of my friends here hop on and ask me to convert (which I can't do - I just know 63.5 kilos = 10 stone which I tell them so they can work it out for themselves).

Anyway, PV/fruit/cheese when I'm at home until at least next weighing session - 1st April!

muffins, 0% Yoghurt & rhubarb, roast beef, roast salmon in tandoori spice

Today,
B: Egg whites with 1 jumbo egg w/oat bran mixed
L: 1 chicken breast boiled with 2 cups of water, 3 tsp chicken stock and Shiritaki noodles
D: Beef roast with Smoked mesquit dry seasoning

Mind you the Lunch meal was the whole pot but i didn't eat all of it!

Today I had and am going to have

B: 0% greek yogurt w/ smuckers sugar free fat free sauce
L: Turkey jerky the WHOLE bag I feel like a bad glutton
D: We are going to a place that serves wings.
I plan on having dry rub spicy wings.

20 minutes at the gym
2 hours on the beach playing and running
3 liters of water
 
FA - wings are the one part of chicken he advises we keep away from!! Check that your Smoked mesquit dry seasoning has no sugar in it. (You say your smuckers sauce is sugar free fat free so that should be ok, but because you're in the US, you're having things we don't know, so keep vigilant!)

I presume you had your oatbran somewhere. Have you tried baking with it yet? Turkey jerky - don't know it!

I do have my oat bran I put it either in my yogurt or my in my eggs I'm trying to keep everything limited. with my splurge of chicken wings I am having horrible cramps and gained water weight I'm so swollen.... I'll never do that again!
