Daily menus

Hi All

Im on day 1 of Attack, can someone just check im on the right track please?

B - Vanilla Muller Light (im using these up as i only bught them last wk, im planning on no more than 1 day)
- 2 slices of Turkey

L - Turkey, cottage cheese, 1 x egg, chicken Fillet

S - Smoked Salmon

D - Cottage Chese, Gallette, Salmon Fillet.
- small bowl os formage frais with a little sweetner.

Drinks - 1 x coffee, 1 x tea, 2 litres water, large glass skimmed milk................so far.

Exercise - 1 hour Kick Boxing Class.

Any comments or feedback would be very welcome!

looks ok to me.... eat as much fresh protein as you can... the more you eat the more you lose ;)

The chicken, Tuekey and Salmon were all fresh, so i had fresh protein at every meal.

good stuff :D best way to do it as too much rubbish added into processed foods

D- mince of some description
 
friday PP (last day of my pp kick up the bum)
B- nougat muffins & nougat quark icing
L- scrambled eggs prawns & smoked salmon
D- chicken & cottage cheese
 
Sorry to be the spanner in the works here but I'm going to post my menus a day behind the rest of you if that's ok.. I can't write a full menu for today as I change my mind too much - it's anyone's guess from one meal to the next. (I did try to plan ahead but it didn't work for me)

So Thursday PV
B: Muffins
L: Cottage pie with Cauliflower mash
D: Bolognese with courgette 'spaghetti'

Snacks: Two yoghurts, one mixed with rhubarb and some SF Jelly

I notice none of you have snacks on your menus? Does that mean you don't eat them or you just don't bother listing them? Am I a pig? :)

roast dinner - beef, roast celeriac, courgettes, cauli & broccolli, tad of gravy

L- grabbed a box of salad & a pack of low fat ham from M&S while out shopping
D- 2 salmon cut steak medallions , mixed veg (picked peas out and gave to hubby) mushrooms

marinated grilled flank steak
2 PV's Wed & Thurs while im out gadding - more flexible
 
Day 1 - done and didn't seem so bad!

B - Smoked salmon and boiled eggs
L - Roast chicken
D - Tuna
Gallons of water!

No oat bran today as the shop was closed (fail!) but will rectify this tomorrow.

B- apple crumble muffins & apple crumble quark icing
L- mince flan (beef), cottage cheese
D- salmon
 
Tuesday (attack)

B: Oatbran porridge
L: Ham omlette
D: Turkey mince kofte with garlic yoghurt sauce
E: Walked 40mins :)
 
Day 2 - so far, so good!

B - Tuna and boiled egg
L - Smoked mackerel (really tasty but didn't half keep repeating on me .... repeating on me .... repeating on me!) ;o)
D - Rump steak with mustard, boiled egg
Gallons of water!

No oat bran (purchased but not yet opened - naughty!).
