Restarting the DUKAN as I have put the whole stone on that I lost before Xmas. Very hacked off with myself...

B: dry fried eggs + mackerel
L: homemade butternut squash soup + can of sardines + 1 posh burger
D: Grilled Fish & Pak Choi
 
Attack Day 7

B - chicken livers (yum!)
L - oat bran galette, smoke salmon, chicken, onion
D - boiled egg, sirloin steak, FF yoghurt with cinnamon
Water - loadsa!

Attack day 1

B - mexican scrambled eggs, FF yoghurt, sweet gallette
L - boiled eggs and quorn sausages (wanted to have Quorn chicken but didn't realise I'd ran out), herby mayo from the Dukan book
D - Quorn steaks, fried egg, mustard and pepper sauce

Okay day one was a little bit heavy on eggs, but getting there. If there's anyone else who is a veggie doing Dukan tips for the Attack phase would be brilliant. My husband had more or less the same except the real meat versions and he had chicken not sausages at lunch.

Is the posh burger under 5%/5g of fat per 100g of product?

Regards quorn I found this on the dukan site "Quorn itself is allowed on the diet but not pre made products eg sausages, burgers." If I was veggie, I'd focus more on unmarinated firm tofu for savoury dishes or silken tofu for desserts x

L - chicken, onion, paprika and soy sauce. Boiled egg.
S - skinny cappuccino
D - Smoked haddock and prawns
Water - loadsa!

E: Exercise class (a new one called gym ball... sounds interesting huh!)

And, today - ATTACK DAY 10! Yee ha!!

Today is going to be interesting! Got MIL coming round for tea, going to cook chicken, carrots cauliflower and green beans for me but they will have the potatoes and gravy. I have made a lemon cake from the Dukan recipe book, it looks ok not tasted it yet, will report back later on.

so far to drink, 2 pints of water 1 tea and 1 coffee (will have to try harder with the water) :rolleyes:

lemon cake turned out ok, im not the greatest cook, the only thing is i think the oven was too hot so it was gorgeous and golden on the top and a bit rubbery inside, will deffo make again but will pay more attention to the oven temperature. Cx
 
Saturday (PV)

B: Grilled ham, grilled tomato, mushrooms, poached egg
L: Tuna fishcakes (made with oatbran)
D: Fish pie made with celariac mash, greenbeans

Snack: bag of Biltong :love:
