Lost the plot with posting menus this week got to try harder next week as again not eaten enough of good old protein............

Today: muffins, omelette, roast beef, roast salmon, GF grilled chicken.
Tomorrow: muffins, eggs in toms & courgettes. Braised pork fillet (xtra lean) in garlic yoghurt sauce, roasted bns & carrots

I've read that a few of you cook liver quite a lot. what liver do you buy and any tips for cooking it- would love to try it but no idea where to start with it?!?
 
Ooh thebestme, I LOVE liver!

Chicken livers are easiest - just dry fry them, add salt and pepper and some balsamic vinegar when they have finished cooking. Serve it with salad on a PV day or just 'nom nom nom' on a PP day. Cheap, good for you, delicious :D

Calves liver is AMAZINGLY sweet and delicious but very expensive.

Have been avoiding lambs liver and duck liver in Dukan (unfortunately!)

L - two roasted chicken drumsticks, tuna, iced coffee
D - chicken foodle soup (this is one of the best things I've made on Dukan! I would highly recommend Googling it!), three mini quiches.
