Daily menus

Sunday PP

B - oat bran porridge, yoghurt.
L - Chicken foodle soup, omelette with tuna
D - baked cod with a bit of mixed tuna and cc. Rhubarb and yog.

Entering the last week of exams and I've never done this without heavy reliance on bad foods before. Reading this forum will raise my happy levels, I know it :)

Day 36 (Monday) - PP

B - scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
L - piri piri mackerel, cottage cheese, roast chicken, FF yoghurt and rhubarb
D - roast chicken, chicken tikka, lemon cheesecake with oatbran base

Monday - PV

B - oat bran porridge, rasher turkey bacon
L - tofu foo yung
D - cottage pie with cauli + butternut squash mash. Butternut squash souffle/cake thing.

Have eaten SO much thanks to a cooking session - worried about the scales tomo!
 
Day 37 (Tuesday) - PV

B - sweetened omelette with fromage frais and rhubarb
L - chicken salad, coconut muffins (woo hoo!)
D - veal meatballs with sweet pepper sauce, cabbage, piri piri mackerel

SO MUCH FOOD today. Exam tomorrow and I'm exhausted so seemed to be more hungry!

Tuesday - PP

B - oat bran porridge, rasher turkey bacon
L - turkey meatballs
D - baked cod, omelette, SF jelly and rhubarb.
S - tofu, tuna, prawns and cottage cheese. Gah!
 
Started the Dukan Diet 3 days ago. Am stilling learning the ropes of this forum and just found this thread this morning. I have to say, I have been going to WW for years, (not anymore though!) and I think....the support, the tips and ideas at those classes were nothing compare what you all give on here. I love it! :) Anyway, seeing as I just found this thread, I am going to give my menu for the last days and from then I will keep it up to date.

Day 1: Attack
B: 3 Egg scrambled egg(2 yolks, 3whites) Used Jamie Olivers Hot Chilli Pepper seasoning, very delicious! Coffee.

L: Breast Chicken & Muffin

D:Turkey, onion, 5spice, soysauce &egg (found the reciepe on here & it is fab, can't just think what it is called right now- that'd be the Dukan Brain). Muffin & Yoghurt
Lots of water & fuit teas

Day 2

B:Scrambled Egg coffee
L: Some chicken(leftover from prev day), Turkey slices & Pepper Gallette, yoghurt
Dinner: Kebab Meatballs (quite a few in fact!) Muffin & yoghurt
Lots of water & fruit tea

Todays Menu:
B: More scrambled Egg...had a muffin w this today, as I woke starvin'!!! Coffee
L:Tuna & Muffin yoghurtTea
D: I'm thinking steak with prawns. Has anybody any suggestions for prawns, in re how I could cook them, was thinking something spicy!! Yoghurt.

So that's me so far. I welcome any suggestions whatsoever - I'm a determined woman!!!
Oh yeah, I'm doing 6 days of Attack- half way there!
 
Ok...so I just had my tuna lunch, but I just couldn't face the tuna by itself so I added a teaspoon of weight-watchers salad cream....it was delicious, however - I'm wondering now....is this allowed in the Dukan Diet???? Either way, it's done now I suppose...

D- 2 venison burgers cottage cheese, tofu cream
 
Day 38 (Wednesday) - PP

B - steak and mustard
L - coconut muffins, piri piri mackerel, smoked salmon, cottage cheese
D - roast chicken, FF yoghurt and rhubarb

D - cottage pie with squash and cauli mash, mushrooms and squash souffle.

B - porridge made with water, served cold with fromage blanc
L - rabbit
D - chicken
S - fromage blanc

L- ham omelette
D- no idea as will be at other house... will take a trip to the supermarket for fish chicken or turkey most likely
 
Thursday - Day 4 of 6 day Attack

B- Scrambled Egg, muffin & coffee
L - Chicken pieces & dry fried prawn w chilli & paparika 0% yog
Dinner - mince, muffin, yoghurt
 
Day 39 (Thursday) - PV

B - tomato, mushroom, onion and smoked salmon scramble
L - chicken salad, coconut muffins
D - cottage pie with celeriac mash :D, broccoli and cabbage
