Hi all! I am posting this here as I wouldn't want to make a new thread just for this tiny thing!
The last few days I am HOOKED on low fat yoghurt with some sweetener in and some cinnamon! About 1,5 tsp sweetener and 1 tsp of cinnamon it a tub 200gr of yoghurt!
it tastes fantastic and I look forward to eating it all day long!!!! I am also trying to eat it slower so it lasts....
if you haven't tried it and you like cinnamon, go for it! I turned to this because we haven't got any lowfat flavoured yoghurts here!
do you think I could have 2 per day?

So today is my first day of the attack phase so may have slipped up here and there, if you notice anything obvious please do let me know...

Breakfast: 1/2 tbsp oatbran porridge made with water
Snack: fat free natural yogurt
Lunch: 3 egg omelette with lean ham and herbs
Snack: chicken bites
Dinner: lean lamb mince kofta with minted yogurt (made with ff yogurt)
Pudding: sugar free jelly

I've drank about 3ltr of water, peppermint, green and nettle teas and 3 skimmed milk coffees and not had a single moment to feel hungry!

lamb isnt allowed and the oatbran allowance for attack is 1 1/2 tbsp

I'd check your yoghurt is sugar free too, sometimes fat free are still full of sugar. Keep an eye on the lean ham too as dr dukan isn't the biggest fan of pork! Maybe try the kofta meatballs with extra lean mince next time?? X

Hi Ellie, thanks for the heads up! I have actually been having 1 1/2 tbsp but managed to miss the extra 1 when typing.
Oops on the lamb, I knew I would go wrong somewhere whilst I'm waiting for this blinking book to be delivered!

xeilidhx thanks for the advice, I generally buy the low/no sugar yogurt (habit from a calorie counting past) so I think I'm ok on that. With the lean ham, I noticed that older food lists online don't include the ham but new ones do so I am using it sparingly (one or two slices cut into small squares more as a flavouring for omlettes), do you reckon id be ok with that?

Thank you both for your tips, with expert advice like this I will be sure to succeed!!!
