I agree Laura, it's in my book as okay for attack but the low-sodium version is preferable.

The book does have a number of iterations now ...

Today's menu PV 24/5/12


Breakfast: Oat bran galette 2 cups of tea and 2 glasses of water.
Lunch: Turkey and fat free cottage cheese with cherry tomatoes and 2 glasses of water.
Dinner: Huge piece of salmon, roasted asparagus and roasted tomatoes, 2 glasses of water

I seem to have woken up with mindset that at some point the scales will move and I'll just sit and be patient while hey do! I know this diet works because of all you lovely ladies so I think I need to just shut up and keep going!

Friday Day 1 of conso :D
B- rhubarb & homemade yoghurt
L- chicken salad
D- Chilli packed full of veg
snacks- 3 carrot cake muffins & quark icing

planning to take things slowly so veg every day this week & possibly a portion of fruit (have non in at the moment lol)
 
Day 47 (Friday) - PV

B - haddock, eggs, tinned tomatoes
L - smoked salmon, 'milk chocolate' muffins
D - sweet and sour chicken, bean sprouts, broccoli, rhubarb and FF yoghurt

Brunch - dukan bread, thinly sliced venison steak, poached egg

Dinner - roast salmon marinated in ginger and soy sauce
 
Day 48 (Saturday) - PP

B - smoked salmon, scrambled eggs
L - chicken legs, 'milk chocolate' muffins
D - salmon

.... and being forced to watch Eurovision tosh! Aaargh!

Saturday - Day 6 attack

B - omelette
S - Cherry diet coke ice lolly
L - chicken breast slices
S - SF jelly
D - cod followed by dukan muffins and custard

Lots of water and 3 coffees

I have been a bit rubbish and disorganised today, as got up late and wasn't hungry so, didn't have any breakfast just waited until lunchtime to eat. Also I definitely haven't drunk enough water today, only about a litre and 600ml of diet 7up


Lunch: Ff cottage cheese and turkey
Dinner: Mooli and Chinese leaf soup made with won ton soup base and a chicken breast. Just realised this soup contains a lot of water so probably fretting about nothing lol.


Snack: Oatbran galette flavoured with lemon meringue.

D - steak, chicken thigh, celeriac chips, salad

B Rhubarb parfait (recipe )

L sliced turkey crab sticks 4
D marinated chicken fillets, tuna patties.

Rhubarb parfait was lovely, rhubarb has vanilla flavouring then layered with either sweetened fromage frais or ff yogurt, then nutmeg on the top, Have also made some mini carrot cakes for tomorrow. Cx
 
Well after a day at the beach I think I've been too good as I've forgotten to eat!
B sweet omelette and 1 muffin( not enough oat bran either)
L nothing!!

Last day of attack today and feel so energised I can honestly say I won't ever go back to how I ate!
