Lunch- salmon & roasted peppers, red onion, cherry tomatos
Dinner- venison sausages & cabbage
snacks- muffins & apple
 
Today's menu PP 29/5/12
Breakfast: Oatbran galette flavoured with coconut, glass of water, 2 cups of tea
Lunch: Turkey mince flan 2 glasses of water
Dinner: Venison steak, 2 glasses of water


Snack: Frozen yoghurt flavoured with lemon meringue and the odd cuppa here and there.
 
Tuesday - PP

B - Orange muffins, homemade yoghurt
L - Turkey kofta, mince flan, cottage cheese
D - piri piri/cajun spiced roast salmon

S - iced skinny latte
 
Day 51 (Tuesday) - PP (2 of 3)

B - chicken livers
L - chicken, cottage cheese, Dukan vinaigrette
D - chicken

B - FF Yogurt
L - Chicken salad
S - SF Jelly
D - Garlic chicken w. French beans
S - Dukan muffin and chocolate custard


Wednesday Day 9 - PP day

B - 2 tbsp oatbran porridge
S - Fat free yogurt
L - Chicken breast
S - SF Jelly
D - Seasoned turkey breast
 
Today's menu 30/5/12 PV
Breakfast: Turkey bacon, 2 dry-fried eggs tomatoes and mushrooms, glass of water, 2 cups of tea
Lunch: Turkey mince flan and jelly 2 glasses of water
Dinner: Steak with asparagus and celeriac chips, 2 glasses of water


Snack: Muffins or a galette not sure but oatbran in some form or other.

S - cajun chicken slices
L - turkey, prawns & egg, dry fried sf jelly & yog
D- attempting a sausage receipe I found in the rec thread & butternut squash chips
 
Day 52 (Wednesday) - PP (3 of 3)

B - boiled eggs and crab
L - turkey koftas, lemon meringue muffins
D - roast chicken - YAY!
