Day 53 (Thursday) - PV

B - chicken livers
L - turkey kofta salad, coconut muffins
D - steak, salad and boiled eggs!!

pp Day ( a really tough one at that!)

B- turkey rashers & egg, muffin
S- ff yogh muffin
L - Turkey with bbq seasoning, yog, d.coke ........and then it went haywire!!!!
some fig roll biscuits( can't even bring myself to admit how many I had) and it didn't even finish there....then I had some fruit madeira cake:confused::mad:....totally sickened with myself. On the positive side rather spiral out of control for the rest of the day....I went straight home and searched for nice receipes on the thread and found a delicious dukan friendly sausage receipe which really satisfied my cravings! I also made a fresh batch of muffins which came out lovely. Now, although I did eat an extra one or two than I am allowed, I feel that I was better having them rather than that whipped ice-cream I have been craving since morning! I am in my third week of the dukan plan and this has been the toughest day I can recall so far! However, onwards and upwards.

Day 54 - Friday (PV)

B - chicken and coconut muffins
L - out for lunch. Started with monkfish tails and sorrel, followed by chilled rare beef platter with roasted beetroot. Swapped the potatoes for a side salad - it did have a bit of vinaigrette on but I'm not going to fret about that
D - chicken and cauliflower

L - onion, tomato, smoked salmon scramble
D - out for BBQ (Dukan good except for a couple of slices of salami and a 'few' glasses of wine!)

D omelette with turkey rashers and dry fried eggs

Must drink more water- weigh day tomorrow!

1st PV day (day 4)

B - ff yoghurt with 1tbs oat bran, 2 x cauldron sausages (probably shouldn't have these, won't buy again!!)
L - chicken leg, rocket lettuce, cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar
D - chicken leg, broccoli, cabbage
S - ff yogurt, 1 tbs oat bran and sf jelly mixed together
 
Day 56 (Sunday) - PP

B - chicken
S - smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese (hungry!)
L - chicken
D - diet coke chicken, muffins

Day 5 - PP day

B - scrambled egg, 2 x cauldron vegetarian sausages (finishing up the pack!)
L - chicken leg, ff vanilla yoghurt with 2 tbs oat bran
D - salmon, jogurt for dessert (sf jelly & yogurt)

I will fit in those size 10 jeans!!
 
Day 57 (Monday) - PV

B - haddock, eggs, tomatoes, onions, eggs - yummy!
L - muffins, smoked salmon, Costa skinny Cappuccino
D - herbed meatballs with chilli and bell pepper sauce
