Hi Ladies,

Today is day 2 of attack, For breakfast I had scrambled ehhs (2 Whites 1 yolk) with roast turkey and black pepper.
For dinner it is smoked salmon cottage cheese wrapped in a galette and for tea Im going to make chicken breasts in sticky Diet coke sauce. Lots of water too....
 
Today for
breakfast - Dukan garlic bread (OMG delicious!!) turkey rashers and a fried egg.
Lunch - butternut squash and red pepper soup (ON RECIPE THREAD) going to freeze the rest in individual portions, be handy for work lunches!!
dinner - salmon and prawns
Snacks 3 mini gallettes ff yogurt and rhubarb
 
Day 63 (Sunday) - pregnancy conso day 2

B - muffins, scrambled egg, leftover chicken, tomatoes
L - roast chicken and salad sandwich
D - steak and salad

Breakfast- 2 passion fruit muffins & quark icing
Lunch- ham & mushroom omellete, apple
Dinner- salmon cut steak (yummy) carrot & swede mash, green beans

: 150g 0% Greek Yoghurt w/sweetner & cinnamon

+coffee with skimmed milk

L: Spicy Mince

D: Chicken Breast

snack: leftover roast chicken & lemon muffins
 
Monday conso PV fruit & starch day
breakfast- Rhubarb & yoghurt
Lunch- tuna salad
Dinner- pasta bolognese (weekly starch meal)
snack- will have my oatbran somehow... probably mug cake
 
Hi Eveyone,

Day 3 of attack, feeling ok, bit of a headache but just getting on with it.
Breakfast peppered makerel and poached egg, dinner tuna cottage cheese and dukan bread, tea baked salom and prawns.

D ginger and chilli mackerel and king prawns.
 
Day 64 (Monday) - pregnancy conso 3

B - mackerel in tomato sauce, mushroom and onion foo yung
L - cheese and beetroot sandwich, turkey koftas, cottage cheese
D - steak, butternut squash, cabbage, cauliflower, muffins

Greek yoghurt and oat bran for breakfast
Lobster salad for lunch out with the girlies..no dressing on anything
Small filet steak for dinner tonight grilled on the barbie

1.5 L of still water and tea/coffee with skim milk
 
Day 4 of Attack!
Peppered Makerel and Poached egg for breakfast, Galette wrap with smoked salmon and cottage cheese for dinner, crabsticks for snack and Chicken and shirataki noodles for tea. LAst day on attack tomorrow!!

B - scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
L - turkey kofta and cottage cheese salad, muffins
D - chicken and not enough veg
