Wednesday 13th June - Day 1 of Attack Phase (restarting after falling out of love with the diet and having a few weeks off, eat healthy and worked out but still gained 4lb)

- Oat Bran Cookie with cinnamon

L - Chicken breast along with 2 turkey breasts I cooked on the George, and a yog
D - Tin of Tuna with Dukan mayo
 
Day 66 (Wednesday) - pregnancy conso 5

B - cheese (40g) and cucumber sandwich (2 wholemeal slices)
L - muffins, chilli with veg and kidney beans (1 starchy meal) fruit salad (2 portions fruit)
D - chicken and veg

Been so good this week last pp day then jetting off tomorrow so will do PV days
Weighing tomorrow so I can keep a close eye on holiday

Day 2 Attack phase - Down 2lb :D

B - Dukan porridge with a yog
L - Beef burger with a sugar free jelly
D- Fillet steak

Snacks - turkey ham stuff and a pepperami

Exercise log - 2 hours roller derby training tonight.

Day 67 (Thursday) - pregnancy conso 6

B - smoked salmon and scrambled eggs
L - chicken salad sandwich, rhubarb and yoghurt, muffins
D - lamb stew, a few potatoes and lots if veg

Sin - oh dear, cheese and onion sandwich - hungry, poorly and feeling grumpy!! :(

Day 4 attack


Day 4 of attack

B - muller light vanilla with oatbran
l - chilli chicken
D - sirloin steak and activia fat free vanilla yoghurt

Lots of water and small glass of diet coke!

Exercise - 1.5 hours of Davina fit DVD followed by yoga

Today has been the hardest day so far I have felt really hungry but bored of everything I was allowed to eat. I need to make some muffins or porridge or something to make it more interesting. Cruise will be very welcome! The kids had garlic bread for tea and it took all my restraint not to eat some!
 
Day 3 of Attack - Down another 2lb

B - Yog with oatbran (was in a hurry this morning was meant to have a dukan pancake)
L - Home made burgers with some tuna
D - Marinated chicken

Snacks - 1 small pepperrami ( i know they are not 100% dukan friendly but I paid for them and wont throw them away) and a SF jelly

Will aim for 2 litres of water

Exercise log - nice walk at lunch time (weather permitting) and then I have to clean my house top to bottom like a loon when I get in!

Also happy to report that my body fat ratio has improved I was over 40% fat as of this morning I am 36%

I think the 2 hours of roller derby training helped me!

Yoghurt and stewed Rubarb
Steak, grilled courgette, peppers and asparagus
Smoked salmon and cottage cheese with salad
snacks crab sticks and jelly

PP day (Friday 15th)
Yogurt with Oat Bran (caramel oatbran clusters from dukan shop-really nice)
Chicken in diet coke BBQ sauce
Smoked salmon and cottage cheese rolled in a galette
snacks crab sticks and jelly
 
Day 68 (Friday) - pregnancy conso 7

B - smoked salmon and boiled eggs
L - roast chicken
D - roast chicken and home-grown veggies! :D

So another 2lb down today! SO I think that's either 6 or 7lb! Yay

B - Yog with a dukan cookie
L - Chicken
D - Pre cooked chicken from Morrisons (no skin will be eaten, dont like the skin!)

Exercise - 2 hours of roller derby training this morning

Will aim for 2 lts of water, falling a little bit behind today. So far no snacks have been needed!
