Day 2 attack
B muffins and tea
L mini quiches and chicken
D chicken breast with quark sauce
Snacks jelly,milk and 3ltrs water
Exercise 30 mins DVD
 
B: 1x chicken sausage, non-fat yoghurt (with oatbran)
L: 4 small roasted chicken drumsticks
D: Mini tuna quiches and a lemon dessert (cheesecake or mousse)

6 glasses of water so far...
 
Day 2 of attack:

B- chicken breast and herbs
L- meatballs
D- 4 muffins and a couple of extra lean sausages
S- milkshake and boiled egg whites
 
Day 3 of attack
B lemon muffins and coffee
L mini quiches with turkey and chicken soup
D chicken curry
Jelly
Water
Pilates or gym for 30/60mins
 
PP day

B: Non-fat yoghurt (with oatbran)
L: 6 mini chicken sausage quiches
D: Something with lean beef mince

Might make a dessert :)
 
I appear to be failing a little bit at the mo back up to 13st 7 and not loosing. Stayed the same all week....

B - Cinnamon galette
L - 2 chicken breasts with seasoning
D - Steak

S - 1 SF jelly and a yog, 2 engery drinks (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) and lots of water **If I remember to move away from my desk to get some**

Need to get back on it again. I also know I need to do more exercise and cannot relay on the 7 hours of roller derby training I do each week, 2 hours thurs, 2 hours sat and 4 on sunday. Can some one kick my butt for me!

L: Curried Tuna and Shirataki Noodles
D: Prob the same as lunch (both small portions)

E: Going bowling later for a friend's birthday, so I won't get my usual home workout time in.

Day 7 of attack( Woop Woop)
B muffins and tea
L dry fried eggs and bacon
D chicken with quiche

Snacks Jelly mouse
Exercise Walking round meadow hell!!

Weigh in tomorrow very excited as feel alot slimmer than last time!

Nearing the end of Cruise. Here's my menu:

B - Dukan porridge (2tbsp oat bran, 1tbsp wheat bran, 1tbsp stevia, 1tbsp goji berries + approx a cup of milk. Microwave for 2.5 mins (or more if u add more milk). Delicious + filling.

L - Egg Foo Yong recipe I found on this forum and modified with a 2nd recipe I found. Never tried before. Was quite nice!

D - 2 pieces of frozen salmon fillet with soy sauce (low sodium) and 5 spice. Maybe make a mint/yog sauce to accompany.

Snacks: Sugar free jelly, slice or 2 of roast beef if I get hungry later, 1 small 0% fat free yog with sweetener + vanilla.
 
Sunday 8 July

B turkey rashers and dry fried egg
L Sardines
S ff yogurt trifle
D chicken curry
 
Eeeekkk day 1 of cruise PV day
B rhubarb and yogurt
L salad and beef
D Aubergine and chicken bake

Don't feel great today but hoping to start 30 day shred!
Water loads of it as feel really shaky!

S - Vanilla yog and a SF jelly and a ton of water
So yesterday I did 5 hours of exercise! I did 5 hours solid of roller derby training and skating. Wow Im shattered and tonight I have another 2 hours training. So at least im on top of the exercise part!
 
Down 1lb not bad :)

B - Cinnamon galette (just cannot get enough of these!)
L - Pepsi Max chicken!!
D - I think tonight it will be steak. Not sure!!

Got a SF jelly and vanilla yog

Last night I did another 2 hours of derby training, and tonight I am going to see if my body will let me do a 30 min jillian michaels work out. Man she kicks my butt!
