Daily menus

Day 3 PV day
Well after my binge yesterday I'm going to be über good!
B yogurt and rhubarb
L veg soup with chicken
D omelette
Snacks jelly and water
Starting 30 day shred tonight
No oat bran as muffins are rank!! Xx
 
Well nice surprise this morning down 2lb! yay

B - Cinnamon Galette (i think i will turn in to one of these one day!)
L - Left over pepsi max chicken (its just so yummy)
D - Not sure yet what ever the other half has got out the freezer.

SF jelly and a yog
 
B: Oatbran porridge (100ml milk with 2tbs of water - I don't add sweetner)
L: Chilli and Garlic Prawn Salad
D: Grilled Jerk Chicken or Diet Coke Chicken with Butternut Squash 'Fries'

I no longer snack, don't know why :)

Exercise: Dance Central (for 30 mins)
 
that's me another 2lb down at my lowest iv been - 2lb

Thursday - Cruise PV

B- Mixxed pepper and onion omelette
L - 2Chicken breast with cajun seasoning with brocolli and spinach
S - Dukan muffins
D - Mackerel
S - Muller light yoghurt

1hr personal training

D - Spag Bol with dodgy carb free noodles
S - Vanilla Muller

X - 45min powerplate session and 1hr walk
 
Not a menu post I know but just thought it might keep the motivation going....

Up a few lb today not going to worry to much I have 2 hours of training tonight, after 5 hours yesterday.

B - Cinnamon Galette
L - Turkey Breast
D - Chicken patti things that I am going to try, its just shredded chicken in a patti LOL

S - SF jelly and a yog
 
PV day:

B: 2 x Turkey Sausages, Grilled Tomato and Grilled Mushrooms (turkey sausages are lovely!)
L: 2 x slices of homemade Dukan Brown Bread (so nice!) with extra light dairy lea, can of tuna (in brine) rocket and tomato
D: Mince burger with Butternut Squash oven chips

Where did u get your turkey sausages from?? Xx
 
Hey Laura, I'm in Ireland so we have a range here from Ballyfree sold in Tesco that are yum. Not sure you'll get them in the UK x
 
I found turkey sausages in Tesco.

I find that they sell the chicken or turkey....never both :rolleyes:
