Just had 30g of yogurt raisins and discover they're a whopping 3.5 for 15g and believe me 15g is not even a handful :/ so 7 syns gone and I could of had a curly wurly for that!...so that's nearly 100 syns gone with 4 days still to go and the lunch and dinner out and the Meat Loaf gig in between. Guess I'm gonna be super freeing, drinking loads of water and doing extra walking this week.

Hate it when that happens. It'll be fine though if you eat light, drink lots of water as you say and do more exercise. Have a good day.

I'm determined to get my bedding on the line today to dry in the glorious sun!.

Planning on walking to the park today - have a chat with the ducks and geese like you do!. Also want to change to a dentist that is closer to home so going into the council to look at their recommended list. A little bit of tidying up and making a veggie lasagna and basically that will be my day. Decided to have a big breakfast today to try and click start my metabolism considering I very rarely have brekkie. I'm hoping its going to work wonders on the scales on Friday because I don't really seemed to have got my head back in it since Easter and seem to be going through a syn abuse phase. Anyway..

Breakfast: 2 slices of seed sensation bread (2xhexB) scrambled egg with quark and marmite and a quorn burger (0.5 syns) coffee (hexA)

Lunch: probably just fruit and yoghurt

Dinner: veggie lasagna (hexA for 40g cheese) with mixed salad and beans.

Hoping to get plenty of water down me and a genuine attempt at some body magic today which with the sun shining should be a pleasure :)

OH!!! I've had a lovely day! :) got all my bedding on the line and walked into town with a short sleeved top on, it was lovely and warm but felt very self-conscious that I wasn't wearing something long and sack like from head to toe. Anyway managed to get my opticians appointment made and changed our dentist to one thats literally 10 minutes walk from the house, completely hassle free!. I then met up with O and his gf K then we went to a cafe to have lunch and coffee and I had.......a glass of tap water :) I was still stuffed from having breakfast my body isn't used to having brekkie lol and I wasn't going to eat for the sake of it. Anyway they went their way and I had a mooch round the charity shops and got a pair of grey Skechers for £2!!!!! and a lovely 3/4 sleeve light weight pink and grey jersey that kinda hangs off one shoulder - will look nice with my GAP jeans when I can get into them. Then I visited H & B and bought a tin of Mock Duck Ive not idea what braised gluten in gravy tastes like but according to the SW website it is completely syn free...Micci...what do I have with this? Is it a slice up and eat cold with salad or on sandwiches or is it potatoes and veg kind of thing? I won't be making this a regular purchase - even if it tastes devine at £2 for a little tin it's too much - I only bought it because (a) it was in the offer basket for £1.49 and (b) it's syn free.

Now I'm getting a tiny bit more savvy with foods on a strict veggie diet I became aware today how poorly stocked and basically how rubbish and overpriced H & B are for us veggies/vegans. They didn't have any Tofu apart from a ridiculously over priced tin of the stuff and I mean it was nearly £4. They had one type of soya milk in, a brand Ive not heard of and it was sweetened with coconut. They seem to have plenty vitamins and dried fruit in though :D.

Didn't get to the park. But I'm going tomorrow with a pack lunch for me and one for the ducks my iPod and my earphones and will sit in the sunshine and breathe in the day.

The sun makes EVERYTHING ok again!! Off to put my lasagna in the oven and throw some salad around all chef-like ;) xx

eeeeeeek, I dunno !!!! If it's anything like the gluten based Chinese mock duck I used to get from the World Foods section of Tesco it's quite nice, very strong flavoured, I used it to make kebabs all summer long until everyone got totally fed up with it. Maybe with some chinesey spices or sweet and sour, onions and carrots and greens sort of a dish? Or yes, maybe sarnies, I didn't know the H&B one was free ..... thinks ..... if a gluten based item like this is free .... what about my Jack Ribz with gluten???? eh SW, can I get away with it?

Yup, H&B, not a lot of stock and vastly overpriced. Are you anywhere near this place? It has a very good reputation Unicorn Grocery - Organic produce and wholefoods

You made a wise decision not getting that tinned tofu, marigold braised tofu was it? I've only had it once and thought it disgusting. Possibly I was wrong of course, and my taste buds were having a bad day.

You did great at the coffee shop, and the charity shops too. I too went to a charity shop and was pleased with my finds, oh this sun is nice :)

The sun changes everything doesn't it? Brings big smiles with it! Your day sounds great- a wander and bargains too, perfect. Wish I had a chance to do more in the day - I just sit so much and need to get up and about more to burn of some cals and get that heart pumping!

When is meat loaf coming up? Getting excited yet? It'll be a great night. How're things with oh? X

ML is on Wednesday!!! Whoop! 0/ I'm excited muchly!.

Me and T have had 'words' and slowly but surely clearing the air. I think I'm still dealing with things differently because of this grief I feel for my mum - sometimes it's suffocating and makes everything else a big deal to bear - but I'm getting there.

I'm soooo looking forward to the gig!...mainly because T finishes work at lunchtime, were having lunch out and a few wines then off to Manchester where we are having tea out and a few beers. Just to spend time together alone is exciting for me, having 2 teenagers around doesn't give us much 'us' time.

I also made a big decision tonight to stop attending class. I find I'm getting back into the stressing and fretting behaviour of years ago, not being able to sleep the night before then having a nervous tummy on the morning. The last 2 Fridays have been awful...blushing, stuttering just the ridiculous misplaced fight or flight feelings. I don't get the pounding heart or the butterflies which is a bonus but that's due to the beta-blockers which are still doing good.

I had a chat with O and K at lunch and they said nothing is worth getting that worked up over. T said the same tonight. So knowing I've got my
Gig day wednesday I'm going to enjoy it and then start again Friday but from home.

I feel relieved already :) xxx

I've also decided to continue from home with the support of this forum. My first at home weigh in was last week and it showed 9 and a half pounds off but I know there is a 3 pound difference with my scales at home so this week's (tomorrow morning) will be more accurate as to how much I have lost - I need 3 and a half off this week for my Club 10.

So jealous of you going to see Meatloaf - I saw him a few years ago at Liverpool and was lucky enough to have VIP tickets as a friend of mine who was going had a spare as her husband couldn't go and I only had 24 hours notice of the spare ticket - pity it wasn't a meet and greet though.

not seen the unicorn grocery before. We only have a H&B and a few muscle Mary market stalls. Yep the braised Tofu didn't look that amazing - dont think the cats would even entertain it, good job the local Asda seems to have a fair choice with regards to alternative foods.

I really hope I don't like the mock duck - Id need at least 3 tins to feed my lot and £6 is a lot for 3 tins of 'stuff' lol xx

I bought the tickets back in January for hubbs 50th - he loves ML and considering this really is his farewell tour (I know he's had a few) I just had to try and get them, considering he got me tickets for the Spandau Ballet reformation tour for my 40th :) I'm just so looking forward to time out without the kids and for hubbs to have a day off in the week is unheard of - so were gonna be like daft teenagers lol ;) x

This is the one sold in our Tesco, about £1.29 in the Asian section, I think in a big fried rice dish you'd only need one tin, cut it into very small peices and bulk it up with lots of rice and veggies, filling veggies like peas as well. It was quite salty, enough to worry my dh, salt is one of thise things he worries about.

Considering its going to rain tomorrow - there'll be no long walk followed by a picnic at the park with the ducks being guest of honour....but I've decided after Ive done my morning cleaning I'm gonna listen to my iPod through my earphones and fling myself round the house like a demented muppet to some good tunes - get some body magic in :) flippin eck I feel more motivated and happy already just by making the decision not to go to class anymore - I really didn't realise it was getting me down so much until I honestly questioned it xx

You've got to do what feels comfy and as long as you carry on then it makes no difference. I couldn't bear the thought of another group and feeling uncomfy for weeks and all that b!00dy clapping grrrrr it drives me mad! I've done ok - it can be done using the wonderful world of minimins. It's just about our determination and using our aims and targets and little graphs. You might find it less pressure now you don't have to go to group. I get nervous weighing in at home though - no joke when I say I sleep badly on Monday night!
