Dairylea triangles

Hi

Can someone confirm for me that dairylea light triangles are not a healthy extra?.....the original ones are!...bit confusing.............

just looked in the food optimising book and it says you can have 4 Dairylea Light Triangles or 2 Dairylea original Triangles. You can have 6 Laughing Cow Extra Light Triangles or 5 Laughing Cow Light Triangles all as a healthy extra A choice.

Thanks I'm confused cause on the website it says 3 x dairylea original and definitely no light ones!

The website will be more up-to-date than the book so it looks like the answer is no. You could phone the syn helpline to get a definitive answer.

Let us know what the outcome is as am thinking of switching from Philly to Dairylea/Laughing Cow as I don't think Philly is a HEX?

Philly is only a HEB and then only on the green plan. On other plans you would need to syn it but it is fairly low in syns so you get a good amount for not very many syns!
