    Tuesday 26th April - Green Day :

    Breakfast - McDonald's : Porridge (HexB + 2 syns) with sugar (1 syn) & Cappucino (HexA)

    Snack - 2 plums, orange

    Lunch - Costa skinny Cappucino (3 syns)Mug Shot (2 syns) with 4 ryvita (HexB) Orange

    Snack - Rocky crispy bar (4.5 syns)

    Dinner - Red pepper and chilli risotto (HexA)
    Muller Light, Tunnicks Teacake (dark chocoalte - deeelish!! 5.5 syns)

    Actual syns : 18 (oops)

    Wednesday 27th April - RED

    Breakfast - McDonald's Porridge & Cappuccino (HexA, HexB + 2 Syns)

    Snack - Rocky Crispy bar (4.5 syns)

    Lunch - carrot & beetroot salad, tomatoes, cottage cheese and tikka chicken fillets

    Snack - Carbury chocolate bunny (5 syns)

    Dinner - chicken stuffed w sweet chilli philidelphia (HexA), wrapped in bacon with salad (absolutely gorgeous by the way - definately making this again!) Muller Light

    Supper - Lemon HiFi bar (HexB)

    Syns - 11.5

    Breakfast - Fibre Plus bar (HExB) Shape 0% yogurt, coffee (HExA)

    Lunch - Lunch - carrot & beetroot salad, tomatoes, cottage cheese and tikka chicken fillets. Shape 0%

    Snack - 4 marshmallows (4 syns)

    Dinner - Thai spicy Chicken w stir fry veg. Muller Light

    Supper - cheese & marmite on toast (HExA + B) Tunnocks teacake (5 syns)

    Total Syns - 9

    Breakfast - Banana, Fibre Plus bar (HExB), Capucinno (HExA)

    Lunch - pork, veg and pasta bake with salad, muller light

    Snack - Twisted Tails (2.5 syns)

    Dinner - chicken & spinach curry (lots of added veg) & rice

    Total syns - 2.5 :D

    Breakfast - Cottage cheese & strawberries

    Lunch - Morocan Chicken with veg & apricots (HExB) and cous cous, Shape 0%

    Snack - Options Coconut Chocolate (yummy! 2 syns) Twisted Tails (2.5 syns)

    Dinner - Pasta Bolognaise, salad, Melon

    Snack - 1/2 peanutbutter twix (125 cals so guessing 6.5 syns)

    Total syns - 11 :)

    OK, so after a very (VERY!!) bad weekend I'm back in SW mode

    Breakfast - Apple, Fibre Plus bar (HExB)

    Lunch - Mugshot, yogurt, Flat White coffee (HExA)

    Dinner - Homemade chicken, veg & noodle soup, Sweet Potato chips

    Snack - 2xkitkats (11 syns)

    I know its not a great day but I was really really icky and a bit weird and just didnt want to eat anything else really :(

    Lunch - Home made chicken noodle soup, cottage cheese & strawberries

    Dinner - Tomato, pepper & chilli risotto (Parmesan - HExA)
