It was good,even though I'm not running around so to speak I still get hot with it.A good tip is when you are sitting on it..make sure your feet are resting against something like the sofa as that will help keep you stable.I was in the bedroom so used the wardrobe door! I think I need to add some different exercises for it aswell just for variety and so I don't get bored.15/20 minutes is plenty of time on it :0)

Oh great I will have a look at that too. I will check out how much they are in Argos too.

Food update for Monday 3rd of September

Breakfast

Muesli/banana

Lunch

Cheese 2pp/tomato toastie/cucumber on the side/apple

Dinner

1 1/2 omelettes 2 sausages 5pp beans 2 slices of bread(sausage/bean sandwich) 4 slices of ham

Snacks

Icecream 5pp with choc sauce 1pp

Apple/grapes with yoghurt 2pp

13 weeklies used/19 left

Exercise was dog walking/20 minutes gym ball
