Atomic pink said:Very good work on the shred and particularly the press ups. I can manage about 3 proper press ups and then have to go back to the girly ones. There's press ups and planks in my gym programme so hopefully I will improve. Given the press ups come between lots of weights and the rowing machine I won't be pushing myself to do too many of the proper ones though! My arms often feel like they are going to fall off anyway by the end.
Glad you are enjoying the crumpets. I love having them again.

You do so well not to eat your weeklies! When I started ww I had like 20/30weekliea left each week. Then as I had fewer and fewer pp i started eating all my weeklies.
