Have just done level one of the shred,even managed some full press ups this time! Have decided to do each of the levels one at a time to break it up abit and use some different muscles,will do this for 15 days(days off when busy) and see how I feel after that then decide what's next exercise wise!

Woop to full press ups! That's what took me longest to be able to do! There so hard! I can do about 10 and my arms shake too much lol!

10 is good,used to be able to do them years ago when I was a lot fitter! Might get there again one day but I don't mind if I don't,just so long as I'm slightly fit lol

It's taking me 6 months to be able to do 10! Lol
 
Very good work on the shred and particularly the press ups. I can manage about 3 proper press ups and then have to go back to the girly ones. There's press ups and planks in my gym programme so hopefully I will improve. Given the press ups come between lots of weights and the rowing machine I won't be pushing myself to do too many of the proper ones though! My arms often feel like they are going to fall off anyway by the end.

Glad you are enjoying the crumpets. I love having them again.
 
I live that exercise when you bend over and walk your hands into a push up. Do one press up and crawl back. Makes me feel well strong lol!

Ugh I can't do press ups either!! Must master it sometime! X
 
You lot are making me feel tired! I didn't even start the shred... Maybe tomorrow ?

Yea I should've picked up some more crumpets when I went shopping today!will add them to the list for next time! I'm not too good with Plank work,Hurt my back years ago so some exercises I struggle with.Least you are giving the press ups a go.The rowing machine is such a good work out!

Lol yes I like that one aswell but took the second time of doing it to do it properly! Had a good evening thanks,after dog walking,me and the OH chilled and watched tv,it's our evening ritual :0)

Beans 4pp 2 eggs 4pp petit pain 3pp 1 chipolata 1pp=12pp

Afters

Grapes 0pp meringue 1pp yoghurt 1pp chopped up fudge on top 3pp= 5pp

Snacks

Orange 0pp caramel bar 2pp

Orange juice 3ap

You do so well not to eat your weeklies! When I started ww I had like 20/30weekliea left each week. Then as I had fewer and fewer pp i started eating all my weeklies.

Thanks about my day,might use more weeklies now as have just changed my breakfast which was 3pp,I brought some Tescos instant hot oats yesterday as fancied something different but the ready brek in the cupboard was way out of date!

I like porridge aswell,I got those as cheap and cheerful as on a budget right now,am thinking of trying sf,been looking into it,dinners would be my main concern at the moment but I know you can use the weeklies if need be.
