Tuesday 26th June day 3 of sf

Breakfast

Oats and banana

Lunch

WW petit pain with ham and cucumber,chopped apple

Snacks

Orange

Crumpet with butter 1pp

Dinner

Ham and veg pizza wrap,3pp for the cheese,peas and salad

Snacks

Grapes apple yoghurt 1pp

5 weeklies used,28 left

Exercise was dog walking and day 3 of 15 of mixing up the shreds,level 3 done.

Thats a really good idea mixing the levels up to keep it interesting. I've got the DVD but it almost killed me last time lol so not sure If to dig it out yet or not!! Xx
 
Enjoying SF then? It's good to have the freedom of not pointing all your foods isn't it!

I did get bored of it,reason why I've mixed it up,am thinking of doing it 3 times a week and do other exercises on some other days too :0) thanks about my food.

Yea think I need variety with exercise.Give it a go,it gets better after the first few days :0)

I'm loving it.Nipped to my small local shop as needed bananas and saw a bag of wholewheat pasta in there along with some tuna in spring water so that's tonight's dinner sorted :0)

I'm really enjoying it,not ready to pp yet lol.Yes first week my waist was 42 and a half and week 8
35.Stayed 35 on week 12 and went up 2 inches week 16 but totm so put it down to that!

Wow that's amazing!! I forgot to take measurements at the start, really wish I had. I took a photo of me wearing a pair of jeans that don't fit and a bra and every stone I'm going to take a photo wearing the same so I can hopefully slowly see the difference xx

That's a good idea,now that is something I should've done from the start lol.Did it when had lost just over a stone,was 12.10 so plan to do it when 11.10.Photos help I think as we often don't see ourselves changing,especially at the start :0)

Yeah deffinatly and because I have so much to lose at the beginning it's going to take me 2 1/2 - 3 stone to drop 1 dress size. But if I look at it in pictures I might be able to notice it more xx

Good idea.Anything that spurs us on is a good thing,plus we get to see how far we've come,it amazes me some of the photos I've seen on here!

I know what you mean!, some people have done amazing. It just seems so far away for me at the moment but as my dad says to me "Rome wasn't built in a day maid!" lol

Lol Dad's are great at quotes..they tell it straight normally aswell! You will get there,better to do it this way then a 'quick fix'.

Its a major pain in the a55!! I've lost 2 stone and still in the same clothes!! Some things are loose n baggy on me but most fit me right.. Very annoying and can be disheartening.. But we have to keep at it to get where we wana go dont we :(

Did half a hour of Tae bo abs and glutes,might not sweat as much as the shred but could definitely feel it! Can feel it abit now still lol
