I have never really understood the SF logic of with it only been 0% fat natural or greek yogurt that is free as there are lots of other yogurts with pretty identical calories and fat content. Also really surprised that they don't say that WW yogurts are free, it seems that's the approach they take with other products... WHEN (said with determination!) I actually start getting proper losses I suspect I might be a little "flexible" with my approach to pointing yogurts.

WW yogurts contain little or no protein.. Our WW leader told us to buy regular 0% fat yogurts if we wanted yogurts as the good in a yogurt has been removed to reduce the PP's.. She obv told us "off the record"...
Dubchick81 said:I keep buying yogurts but they sit in the fridge waiting to be eaten.. until they're gone out of date and then go in the bin.. Think I'd have learnt my lesson by now.. I like them.. But dont really eat them much...Whether they're there or not
PS.. have you tried Onken 0% Vanilla Yogurt???? OMG.. De-Fricken-Lish!!!
Amazing poured over strawberries in a meringue nest...![]()

I agree about the healthier choices! That with some fruit sounds nice(I don't do honey)lol

Nor had I until the leader said that.. So I don't buy ANY WW branded products.. Coz if you look at the back at other info apart from what they look for to calculate the PP's, the sweetner n sodium n things are usually higher.. Not always.. But usually...
It's crazy isn't it. I understand why they do it, and see the benefits of it but like you i try to look at the nutrients etc and get the more balanced version... Like we have the mission mini wraps for 3pp instead of the ww ones as they are lower carb and calories etc. And ultimately for me this is about making it work forever x going to come find your diary and subscribe - sounds like we might be in similar mindset. good for motivation lol x
Dubchick81 said:Yea me too.. This is a lifestyle change for me.. I don't want to lose the weight to gain it all back.. I want to learn to eat what's good for my body long term.. See you've found my diary there so we can chat away on there instead of hi-jacking this thread.. lol

I've been to 1 meeting ever! The woman was horrible. She guessed my weight before he weighed me! It was horrible and embarrassing! Then said I weighed more than she guessed and maybe I had heavy muscles. Totally put me off for life! Then when I asked a question she never answered and said 'it will all become clear web you read the books'
So I joined online. But apparently she doesn't do it anymore. I hope someone complained and she was sacked!
But I'm always curious if meetings would help me or not!
