Yesterday looks like a really good day :) I think that you always seem to use your daily PP really well to allow for snacks and treats as well. I think i might try that next week to leave a bit more flexibility.

Thanks Purp :0) no pressure for wi then lol.Yea I don't feel as sweaty as level 2 though might do once build it up abit,but I do prefer level 3.

Butting in here :p don't feel like you have to do it daily many people don't it's still a good workout even if you manage it a couple times a week. And it's under 27minutes so doesnt take up too much time! X

Well they do market it as that but in her other DVDs she recommends having rest days at least 2 a week and Apparantly shred was meant to be the same. Its a good workout only costs a fiver and there's 3 levels each with modifications so you can make it a bit easier or harder so if you don't mind repetitiveness it will give you a good workout even as your fitness levels improve. X

Snacks

Curly Wurly 3pp crumbled up with grapes 0pp meringue 1pp WW yoghurt 1pp= 5pp
