Your SF day looks really good, especially the stew, yum! Have a good time with your friend today.

Had nice time thanks, was good to catch up.Thanks about the stew.Only the second time I've made it.

Glad you enjoyed your SF day! It Definatly helps to plan a sf day as if you want a snack it's hard to find a sf one if you don't have fruit/veg in house.

But it's good I think. Plus you can make chips
And have a wrap pizza and only point the cheese lol

Had chips tonight funnily enough, had crisps today but that will come out of my weeklies,I'm not one to deprive myself but won't overdo it on snacks either.Love the idea of the pizza wrap and only pointing the cheese :0)

Yesterday's stew looks lovely! Glad you enjoyed your first SF day.

You said you like having crisps for snacks which is trickier with SF but have you tried making your own fat free crisps in the microwave? They obviously shouldn't be eaten in huge quantities but you can't make that many at a time which helps with portion control. You just very thinly slice a small potato (a mandolin is useful for this) and put on a dinner plate and spray with frylight or oil and sprinkle on some seasoning (I like smoked paprika) then microwave for 4-6 minutes until crispy (times depend on how thinly you slice the potato so keep checking after 4 minutes). The best thing about them is they are warm when you eat them!

I used to makes crisps with slimming world. It's great if you have the time to do it but it's not something I have the time to do anymore! X

Looks like simply filling is going well re you enjoying not having to weigh everything? X

Thanks,am enjoying it though I do still weigh stuff as that doesn't bother me,I just fancied a change and having foods where I didn't have to point, like last night I could have two eggs with my dinner instead of one :0)

Your dinner from yesterday looks great, you're doing well on SF. Can you mix and match pointing with SF in one week? Like Monday, Tuesday on SF, then Wednesday pp, etc?

Marianne x
