This is my rafa him and charlie are the bestest friends! Dinner sounds nice except for beet root eeewwww I don't even have it in the house it makes me sick lol xxx

Wednesday 4th of July

Breakfast

Oats

Lunch

Toasted bagel with soft cheese garlic and herb 1pp cherry tomatoes/apple

Dinner

Sweetcorn tomatoes beetroot jacket potato Quorn mince 1pp

Snacks

Grapes marshmallow 1pp meringue 1pp apple =2pp

Was a bit hungry tonight,been bit hungry earlier last couple of days,am hoping local shop has fresh bananas tomorrow,missing my fruit and yoghurts and...lol...nearly shopping day!

4 weeklies used/18 left

Exercise was dog walking and 35 minutes on the exercise bike.

Yea I did have the babies then the dog thing,we didn't get a dog till my kiddies were older and the OH i'm with now never wanted kids so we got a pup instead lol

I know people have dogs around their babies and in most cases they're fine.. but I'd be too nervous..
You read so many horror stories in the papers where a dog that's been in the family years suddenly turned and savaged kids...
And we didn't have a dog until I was at least 5 r 6 (i'm the baby in the house so the others had to wait lol) so I suppose these are things that are passed down aren't they...

I'm the baby as well lol.Yea I agree,it just didn't appeal when mine were small and dogs are great but they can have jealousy issues!
 
We had the dog first then the baby lol I introduced baby to rafa when we bought him home from hospital then told him to leave and he never went near him after that then when charlie was old enough to want to touch him rafa would move out the way they are really good together but although I trust him I never leave them alone after all they descend from wild animals (the dog not the baby ;-) lol ) xxx

LMAO....
We had our dog yonks when my sister had her baby and lived in our house.. She was a border collie (farm dog) and very cute.. her and my niece would play for hours n hours.. Best of friends they were.. So I know the majority of the time there's no issue.. But I'd be so nervous..

Haha love the last bit! Yea I think it depends on the dog as well.Our lab(he lives with my ex) is nervous around small children.we didn't have him from a pup so dunno if had a bad experience
or not.

Our dog was an angel with our kids too. We just made sure everyone fussed her as normal before going to the babies. Similar tactic that we used when my nephew was around. They greeted him first as we didn't want him feeling pushed out x

Aww sounds like they had a great relationship,have to do what suits you in the end I think.

They are though lol. Big adjustment for them when kids come along but ok if you handle it right x
