ProPoints Daisy's food diary :)

Hiya! after doing atkins for all of two days then just giving up (could not survive without chocolate/fruit) I am 100% committed to pro points. It's not a quick fix and I'm glad it's going to re work the way i think about food while i deal with my greed...

Day 1: 10/2/11
breakfast: cut up banana with 2 tbs of low fat natural yoghurt = 2pp

lunch : WW chips from heinz = counted it as 20pp as didn't measure! woops. 100g for 2pp is teeny.

snack & dinner: veggie soup (2red peppers, 2carrots, 5 small red onions, 1 red chilli and half green, handful cherry tomatoes, tin chopped tomatoes, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 sticks celery, chilli powder, salt, onion salt, mixed herbs, all roasted then processed till smooth) = Opp thank god for veggies and fruit being free!

snack = brownie chocolate thing which must have been millions pp, so extra weekly 49 is gone now..)

Day 2 today, 11/2/11 (palindromic date)

breakfast = two pices brown bead (4pp each because so big, learnt my lesson) 2 poached eggs 4pp + margarine 1pp= 13pp

snack = fudge bar 3pp.

dolce gusto cappuccin0 = 1pp

normal coffee = 1pp

dinner (didn't get up till really late so breakfast turned into lunch) = boneless skinless chicken thigh baked in chilli powder, tinned tomatoed and garlic with mushrooms and onions sauteed in tandoori spice and olive oil (1pp) = 5pp

snack = cup of chopped pineapple
milky way = 3pp

total = 26

..plan to have another fudge in abit ;) being able to have chocolate is the only thing keeping me on the wagon!

anyway i plan to post all reciped used after each day just incase any one else takes inspiration or gets help with their daily intake. let's do this everyone :)
