Hi,

I have only joined SW last Thursday, but here are my days so far. I hope i am doing it right, as i seem to be eating loads!

Friday - EE

B - Egg, Bacon, Mushrooms & Toms
L - Jacket Potato, Tuna, Salad (leaves, cucumber, toms, spring onions) 1tsp light mayo (2syns)
D - Steak & Chips (SW mag Jan) 1/2 syn
Extras - Apple, banana, grapes & satsuma & Skimmed Milk (HEa)

Saturday - EE

B - SW French Toast (Bread (HEb), Egg, Skimmed Milk, cinnamon) with berries & FF Fromage Frais
L - Omlette (Ham, Egg, Mushrooms, Onions) & 1tsp Ketchup (1syn) Banana
D - Cod in Tom Sauce (SW mag Jan) Raspberry Mullerlight
Extras - 2 Jaffa Cakes (5 syns) Skimmed Milk (HEa), Orange

Sunday - EE

B - Porrage with banana
L - Smoked Salmon, Prawns, Salad with Lemon Juice Squeeze
D - Lemon Chicken (SW mag Jan) with broccoli & carrots
Extras - Skimmed Milk (HEa) & big bowl of HM fruit salad with FF yogurt
 
Monday - EE

B - Egg, Bacon, Mushrooms
L - Pasta, HM tom sauce left over from Cod dinner, with big salad
D - Salmon & Courgette Pasta (SW Mag Jan) (shared between 3, so 2 syns) & mullerlight
Extras - Grapes, 2 Jaffa cakes (5), skimmed milk for tea (HEa)
