The principles are good but assuming you are doing EE, you need to try and have 1/3 of every meal as superfree (ie fruit/vegetables excluding peas, sweetcorn and starchy stuff like potatoes). So ideally try to add some fruit into breakfast, and definitely some veg/fruit into lunch. Also when you get the details of the plan, you will need to weigh your muesli (as a HExB), measure your milk (as a HexA) and on EE, only 1 HexA and 1 HexB per day.
And then start counting your syns (which are the fun bit !)
However, it looks like a good start if you haven't got the books yet. Try reading some of the stickies on EE because they give you lots of good info to start with.
