I personally believe that life is about every day and not the chosen day that we kid ourselves into looking forward to or dreading. So I’m going to do things my way and this is my way. Each day I’m going to post a Youtube video of how much I weigh. I will add a bit of comedy into it to keep you occupied. But anyways here we go -

    Day One -

    http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=6WGBpVyfncI

    Day Two

    http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=hObFUl__enA

I hope you can support me both on here and on Youtube. Either way I’m not too fussed. I’ll be posting day three tomorrow. I’ll also be advertising this forum on the video as a thank You for everyone welcoming me into this community. I just hope that I can cheer some people up here.

Lifestyle change more than anything. I’m a bit of a slob so weigh is bound to be a problem. I’m sure that once I’m out and about the weigh loss will come!

I agree but I’ve got to put this into practice

Yeah I’ll keep coming here to boost my confidence and show people my progress. I hope to be an inspiration of some sort. I hope to help towards breaking some of Britain’s biggest taboos like confront weigh issues and E Dating.

I’m glad someone is looking forward to my next Youtube video!
Give us a link and I’ll post ASAP.

Thank You for the support. Doing this weekly would be against my beliefs as I believe that life is about every day - not one day a week!

Life’s a marathon - not a sprint. That’s the way I treat life. I’ll soon set pace up in this marathon hopefully!

    What a great idea :)

The only downside to daily is unless youre doing a VLCD you possibly wont see a great difference, just dont get disheartened if thats the case. Weekly might be more motivating. But good luck :)

Day three and I’ve just took the dog for a walk and I though it was the perfect time to weigh my self in and I’ve put on weight. I’m considering gastric band because I can’t take this any more.

    Here is the results -

Dont be disheartened. This is really why a daily wi is a bad idea. My weight can fluctuate by several lbs depending on when I weigh myself etc. If you do a weekly wi you'll probably be pleasantly surprised

I can just fall at the first hurdle. The only way is up from here and that’s where I’m going. I’m going to continue to have a daily weigh in as it heavy in my beliefs. I’m a bit better now.

I forgot to add minimins in the video. That will be happening tomorrow! I was just so distraught at the time!

Damo the best time to weigh is first thing in the morning naked and after the toilet... and if you do this every morning roughly the same time you should get a more accurate reading on the scales as everyone's weight will fluctuate throughout the day.

You have to be patient with yourself as it takes time to get the hang of a new routine and diet.

You can do this, just believe in yourself and trust the process:)

Dont be too downhearted mate. Like everyone has said your weight fluctuates a lot during a week. Know you are committed to the daily thing, but weekly is where its at for getting a true picture. Maybe set a day a week when you record your official weight. :)
