    Monday

    Breakfast-special k sustain (hexb) and milk (hexa)

    Lunch-Mug shot,2 slices bread (hexb) and a muller light youhurt

    Dinner-Pasta n sauce and another muller light yoghurt




    Tuesday

    Breakfast-2 dry fried eggs

    Luch-Beans on 2 slices of toast (hexb) and a muller light yougurt

    Dinner-Mug shot,ryvita minis (hexb) and a muller light yougurt

    snacks-Fruit salad.3 breadsticks (3 syns) and 3 extra light cheese triangle (hexa)



    Wednesday

    Breakfast-2 alpen light ceral bars (hexb) and 2 slices of toast (hexb) with 2 extra light cheese triangles (hexa)

    Lunch-Pasta n sauce and a muller light yougurt

    Dinner-Sw chips and quorn pepperd steak.Ben and jerrys frozen yoghurt chocolate brownie 100g (9 syns)

    Snacks-mug shot and ww yoghurt

    Hope this is all ok to be eating..i kno it seems alot but its all the free stuff and im counting syns so i guess its alrite.
