Infact I'm moving up to step 2 today because woke up super hungry already had my bar, have some cans of tuna and some balsamic vinegar so will just nip the shop and get a lettuce. And I'm going swimming so that's 3 days on the trot of exercise (yay)and I'm going to renew my be active membership a friend has just started slimming world and wants to do a bit of exercise she said Zumba and boxing, I loved boxing but damn it was hard!! Never had a go at Zumba mainly because I have no Rhythm, could be fun as I don't think Karena has any either lol and tbh £16 a month for classes gym and swimming isn't to horrible really. I think I will do 3 classes a week Zumba boxing and kettle bells then a swim and gym session one time a week (by gym session I mean running bit of weights and sit ups)
13.3 start weight 11.2 right now and going inwards and onwards! x
