Yum yum chilli soup! Think I'll try make it up with just 200ml water tomorrow as it was a bit thin! Tbh I don't exactly follow the measurements the packs give I find the porridge is far nicer made up with 100ml cold water and then heated up!

Well oh my god moment when I noticed bald patches! :'( will finish this week then I'm going to step 2 until goal I think :(

I knew hair loss was a side effect but full on bald patches?! :'( and everyone keeps saying oh it's that stupid diet etc oh just eat healthy food etc... Well no I'm sticking with it but going up a step to see if it helps my hair situation and to shut people up it's really frustrating all changed tune oh you have lost enough just do slimming world til you get you're target etc....I completely disagree with any diet that lets you eat unlimited amounts of pasta plus I'm following the steps as I planed and as I want to do! Ok hopping up to step2 before goal but that's more for vanity! I can cope with many things but going bald is not on my list!

Infact I'm moving up to step 2 today because woke up super hungry already had my bar, have some cans of tuna and some balsamic vinegar so will just nip the shop and get a lettuce. And I'm going swimming so that's 3 days on the trot of exercise (yay)and I'm going to renew my be active membership a friend has just started slimming world and wants to do a bit of exercise she said Zumba and boxing, I loved boxing but damn it was hard!! Never had a go at Zumba mainly because I have no Rhythm, could be fun as I don't think Karena has any either lol and tbh £16 a month for classes gym and swimming isn't to horrible really. I think I will do 3 classes a week Zumba boxing and kettle bells then a swim and gym session one time a week (by gym session I mean running bit of weights and sit ups)

Using my fitness pal now aswell to keep track I know exactly what I'm doing with step2 I think but would like to keep a record plus if I get in to the habit now it will be Easier to do once I hit goal

Well it's another day lets get on with it! Got a new tattoo done yesterday :D so that has made me smile. Deciding what to have for my meal this evening I want something warm...

So decided to start the day with a porridge see if I don't feel so full later! I think it could have been something to do with the amount of caffeine I had? As for dinner tonight I have my chicken in the fridge but it's not even close to the 260g allowance...was thinking I'd add some curry powder to the chicken before I cook it and have it with grated cauliflower( done in the microwave 90 seconds x2 ) so it's kinda like rice?... Any ideas how to spice my chicken up or just rub curry powder in to it before I cook?

Well I've put some curry powder and coriander leaf on the chicken as a sort of marinade hope it tastes good later on!

Right that's it this has to stop went to visit a friend... Drank a bottle of Bacardi with diet cola.... I didn't eat anything but I'm hung over today why am I doing this I know alcohol is full full full of empty calories and will hinder my weight loss what am I doing :'(

Ok this is bad! Ate 2 mini cocktail sausages with my meal :'( need to get this stopped right now and get back into my routine of 9/12/4/6 breakfast porridge lunch bar dinner step2meal and shake because I have to. It's like old ways creeping in and I'm not having it!

Well done, I'm going to have meals next week just because I'm really struggling without food for now so might go back to SS later on. X
