Tuesday green day

cup of tea (milk 1/2syn)
x2 slices of wholemeal toast with cheese(cheese HE)(toast syn)
1mullerlight yoghurt
cheesy pasta (dinner)( cheese and bacon HE)
1mullerlight dark cherry (2syns)

Wednesday green day(thought meal was for a red day)
cup of tea (*200ml milk HE had with breakfast too)
28g shredded wheat minis (*milk HE)
cucumber and carrot sticks with dip (dip syns??)
1/2banana
1 alpen bar (HE)
lemon and coconut chicken with rice (rice syns)
cup of tea (1/2 syns)

Thursday green day
cup of tea (1/2syns)
x2 eggs scrambled with x2 slices of wholemeal toast (toast and ketchup(1) syns)
1/2 tins baxters soup with 1 slice of wholemeal bread (bread syns)
fruit salad
1 alpen bar (HE)
barbeque beans with bacon and jacket spud (bacon HE)

Friday red day
cup of tea x2 (*200ml milk HE used with breakfast too)
28g shredded wheat minis (with HE milk)
x2 eggs scrambled with x2 toast (toast and ketchup syns)
banana
2 alpens bars (HE)
mustard gammon with sw chips and salad
1mullerlight dark cherry (2syns)

i dont really want to put what ive had today!
today has been a very very synfull day!! :((


Saturday red day

cup of tea (milk HE with breakfast too)
28g shredded wheat with 200ml milk (HE)
1 alpen bar (HE)
burger and chips with salad (ate out:(()
wkd (12.5syns??)
1mullerlight yoghurt
lime and garlic chicken with sw chips
x7 vodka's with diet red bull! :(( (uber syns)


bloody football makes u want to drink!!
 
sunday (didnt write anything down as was in a state)
bad times!

so fresh start monday!
 
Monday red day!

breakfast:
tea with (HEA)
28g shredded wheat with milk (HEA and HEB)

lunch:
x2 wholemeal pitta's with tuna mayo and cheese! (syns)

dinner:
sw sausage casserole with sw potatoes (syns) and veg (free on red day)

snacks:
x2 alpen light bars (HE)
1/2 banana
