Day 1 of the diet that did it!

Well today was day 1 and so far so good (LOL) It's the weeks months even years that are to follow that are important.

Breakfast - Oatiflakes with apple and sultanas, skimmed milk herbal tea

lunch - ww pasta and meatballs ( not too many of these ready meals but I had it in the fridge and thought why not!)

mid afternoon - orange

dinner - prawns, cous cous, vegetables

i will probably have an apple when i finish typing this and ovaltine light before bed.

I have also drunk about 2 litres of water.

No exercise at all as I am recovering from a back problem, i intend to start some walking tomorrow though.
