Day 1 -Again

Here I go - day 1 yet again. My first goal is that i can actually get to day 7, then one day at a time
 
Jax, take it day by day Hun.
If you can feel yourself slipping, come and talk to us first. Focus on why you want to lose weight and ask yourself whether that biscuit/chocolate/ packet of crisps is really worth more than the reason you want to lose weight x x
