Well done you for not caving at the nice smells in asda...glad you feel better today, when you see the results at your weigh ins it'll be worth it, that's what I keep hoping anyway!!

Yeh this is the first time I have done CD, not sure if I am in Ketosis, I'm hoping so as I have stuck to the plan and this is day 4, can u buy the uri-sticks things at boots/superdrug type places? I meant to pinch some from work yesterday but it was too hectic I forgot.

I'm not sure where you can buy them... This is my first time too

I think my sis will have them as she does the atkins diet so I might try and pinch a few off her.

I actually don't think I am in ketosis yet as my breath doesn't smell yet (poor hubby had to inspect this morning) Mind you I do feel a lot better today so I might be!
