Day 1 food diary - what do you think?

S: 20st1lb C: 19st7lb G: 10st0lb BMI: 45.4 Loss: 0st8lb(2.85%)
So far today I have had

banana and mullerlite
3 chicken drumsticks salad and cottage cheese
2 sesame ryvita, cottage cheese and cherry toms
bunch of grapes

This evening I will be having

mackerel with roasted veg
mullerlite with strawberrys and crushed meringue (an old WW recipe lol) topped with a spoon of creme fraiche

Does this sound ok? It's 3 syns and only 1 HE (don't drink milk and not had any cheese today)

It looks fine to me but make sure you don't get hungry & fill up on your free food.

The mullerlite & meringue sounds nice

this was a red day yes? Do try to use all your healthy extras - they are there for a reason, and your losses may slow down if you don't use them.

Check that your cottage cheese cremefraiche etc is very low fat (or free on the calculators etc) and that you take the skin off things like the chicken. Eat lots of superfree food - this is not a diet to be hungry on!!

Remember, if you struggle for B choices, a tbsp of olive oil counts as B choice, and you could do your veg in that if it helps.

Thanks Angie thats great advice, I really can't drink milk and I don't have tea or coffee so theres nothing I can do about that one. Will do the olive oil though and bought some laughing cow cheese triangle today to munch on
