It wasn't too bad. I had hot chocolate for breakfast, lunch chicken soup (YUK,) and dinner was strawberry milkshake! (AMAZING,)
I don't feel hungry yet, but I do just want to raid the fridge (trying to be ex binge eater here :-/)
i WILL not fail!

I never find day 1 hard - it's always day 12 onward that gets me...

And the soup is a new improved recipe, you shoulda tried the old one if you think this one is yuk hehee.

Well done on day one though! It's your first step on an amazing journey, I mean that with sincerity.
In a month you'll be amazed at the change.

Just remember - keep drinking water!

Hi, I started day 1 Friday but started shaking and palpitations ... Never had that before on LT so stopped and started afresh today - day 1 100% so really chuffed and haven't got that feeling .. Early night for me I think while I'm not thinking bout food :) well done for getting though day 1 :)
