yes its nice hot and cold and the choc one is lush with peppermint tea,ive had one every night for 16 weeks ,apparently the strawberry is nice with paprika!!!

paprika, cheyenne pepper, garam masala, black and white pepper but beware with some spices as they contain citrus !

Im with you Dan this is the end of my 1st day had strawberry shake which was nice, soup was gross will try adding paprika or something and choc mousse i followed the blokes instuctions so it was a bit watery willnow know for the future.
well done on getting through it and good luck X

I added about 200ml of water to make the moose although it was still rather powdery but hey just get on with it and think about the end result.

I was told by my chemist not to put pepper in the soup!!! I love pepper - im sure it would really make the soup nicer.....
