Hay all

Day 2 is on today, yesterday was hard I was so hungry around 10pm so I just kept watching the tele box.

The soup and the shakes are not very nice so i have been downing them.

Today will be hard as it's Saturday, re-named take away day by me and my bf and I'm already thinking about all different types of food :sigh:

It's going to take a lot to get through today and tomorrow!

Try adding some herbs or spices to the soups - I put tabasco and mixed herbs in some of mine plus it helps to add to a bit more variety.

Shakes aren't my cup of tea either but I need them for the variation. You could try using half from one pack and half from another to make a new flavour. Some people add coffee to the vanilla and choc one...maybe try the choc one hot?
Alternatively use a bit more water, it's all about finding a combo you like.

Are you doing TS? I lost 9lbs in my first week.
