Day 1- So far, so good :)

Well today I've stuck to it.. Only problem, the water. I hate water.. So boring! I need to kick the phobia and get some down me, so tomorrow- I aim to drink 2 litres!

I've had
B- TUS Chocolate shake
L- TUS Chocolate shake
S- SF Cheesy bites
D- Egg sandwich (350 cals)
S- SF Chocolate caramel bar

Am feeling a little hungry but my body needs to adjust. My portion sizes have been huuuge so I expect it's a little bit shocked :S

Tried to keep busy today and it worked.. tomorrow is my PPA day so I'll be sat in the staffroom surrounded by cake.. :/

I can do this though! Just got to keep focused :)
