Welcome on board Daisee. It is daunting looking forward but I promise you, when you've got a few weeks under your belt it becomes habitual and you get to the point when you are pretty much coasting. I'm just about to complete week five and looking back I can't believe how quickly it's gone. I've had a couple of blips when I've wanted to eat but have got through it by eating a SMALL amount of ham or chicken. What I would say is if you accept at the outset that this MAY happen to you, then you won't feel like a complete failure when it does. On the other hand, you could be one of the amazing individuals on here that stay 100% throughout. If you are going to break the diet because you feel you have to eat something, do it in a controlled way and only eat a small amount of protein. That will keep your extra calories to a minimum and keep you in ketosis. The best way is to get going, get to your first weigh in, see the weight drop off and that will give you all the motivation you need for the next week. As the diet goes on, you will get motivated by loosening rings, loosening belts, dropping dress sizes, people telling you how much better you're looking etc. Use these to keep you going, not to make you complacent! Good luck with it all.
