Day 1

First mini goal 140 lbs (10st) at this weight I can fit onto my size 10 jeans. Tried them on this morning and can get them on but can't do the button up. End of April target.
 
Yeah true, Im murder for wanting to run back to vlcd when things arnt moving quick enough!
gonna try my best to stick at this :)

Heya I'm good I'm on a DD ( the first of a double DD) just water, coffee etc today only, will see how I get on tmw incase I need a CD shake or bar but doing good today.

Well done you, really glad it's going well :) I don't think I could manage with just liquid. I need food! Lol Do usually do double down day's? x

No, I don't think I could survive on just liquid either. I tried to do my first DD by having all my cals in the evening, nearly drove me nuts I tell you lol, never again.
 
It suits me better to have my calories late in the day. Only because once I start it's hard to stop me!

That's the great thing about Juddding, its not one size fits all, its so adaptable for all sorts of folk.
 
Yes it is great I agree if I want to have an UD instead coz I'm not feeling it then I do and theres no pressure. I'm yet to have a DD with 500 cals because whenever I do that it turns into an UD I just can't stop once I start. I even tried going all day to 6pm then stuffed myself stupid. I'm good on my DDs though if I go all day the hunger goes its not a struggle at all and doing double DDs is easy too I just wouldn't do any longer because I did get light headed on my last second DD so promised myself that would be my limit. I was much better yesterday on my UD I controlled it very very well. That's the first controlled UD I've ever had so I'm proper chuffed. I stuck to low carb too.
 
So are you looking after your carbs as well?

Only on the last UD I did low carb but prior to that I was a proper carb monster. Now I'm in ketosis I think I might stay here for a bit. So no carby badness for me, I'm enjoying not feeling hungry for a change. X
 
UD today and as I'm in ketosis I'm not hungry at all. Going to stick to low carb low fat, fresh veg with a teeny bit of cheese. Had a CD bar for breakfast purely because I'm rushing and thought I should have something inside me. Will be back later then I will eat. Woohoo wheat belly has vanished and im feeling smaller already. Weigh in Sunday. Fingers X for 10.6, weighed in at 10,7.3 this morning so on track. Woohoo feeling happy.
