Hello all!
Have started DC this morning, had Original Granola with some natural Yogurt and 1 chopped strawberry, was nice but will be changing the natural yog for muller light or something to that affect!
will be having my Spicy Beef & Tomato soup in a bit! lol feeling a little nervious cos im a very picky eater - I dont eat beans (in any shape or form) and nearly all the meals have beans!
weighed myself last night at hit the scales at 16.4.... am hoping to do better then the stone in a month, would love to lose 1.5stone just have to see how it goes!
How is everyone else getting on?
