Day 10: -6 lb (( Total weight loss 23lb )) !!!!!!

    Day 10 and a total weight loss of -23 lb I can't believe how much I've lost in 10 days but I do have an active job in security >.<

    It's amazing what you've achieved !! Keep going honestly it's worth every little sacrifice we make concerning food xxx

    And I'm in week 5 now weighed in yesterday got another 6.5 loss which takes me too 36lbs in a month!!! Mental really haha never in my wildest dreams did I think I could lose over 2 and a half stone :-/ :-D

    Keep me posted on your progress I love reading other peoples success stories xx

    My next weight in is Saturday it will be 2 weeks then I will be interested to know if I've lost more. I just wanna lose this weight and then eat sensible and respect a healthy balance diet more

    You'll do great jay your loss so far is incredible

    I've been 100% all the way through and it's been amazing losses your doing brilliant and I'm with on the learning to eat prop because I honestly abused food but this diet is teaching me I really don't need it I read somewhere you have too look at food as fuel
    Which has stuck :) xx

    I read somewhere about food being like fuel. I've been reading also on the ***** which has good good reviews even tho I've got a long time before I come off this one. I worked it out if I do things sensible I should be allowed food back in November. I put on all my weight when my dad died and my motivation has been to get back to kickboxing and fighting in tournaments for a weight I can be proud of. Please let me know how Tuesday goes as I'm really interested to know how you get on.

    I jay I can totally relate to the start of weight gain I lost my dad in 2009 I was still big 14st but that's when it all spiralled unfortunately. I just handled my grief with food.

    I have to look at the positive now and and this diet guarantee's weight loss if you stay 100% :-D which i love ! I have started experimenting cooking lean home cooked healthy food for my children (which there loving lol) so that when I reach goal that too will come as second nature.

    What's your start weight and goal if you don't mind me asking. The pace your loosing ATM you'll be back kick boxing in no time !

    I'm a ashamed to say 19 stone 9lb was my start
    weight. I've worked out if I stay a 100% true to this I
    should be able to go back on the food in November. I think personally I will respect food this time a whole
    lot more. Perhaps substituting one meal for a protein shake. At present I work
    in security on the doors and I'm starting a new job Monday and I'm so determined to stick to it. My biggest fear is when I'm gonna come off this diet would I put it all back on. I'm only 23 >.< it's hard when you lose someone you love. I eventually wanna go in the police like my dad did and I know I'm never gonna get in the way I am so that's my goal

    You sound very determined so you'll do it on this diet defo and don't be ashamed my start weight was 21st 8lb and being only 5ft 6 you can imagine *covers face* !

    I think personally the way your going you'll reach goal before November on this diet If you stick 100% and seeing your weight loss already you will have no problem! Xx

    Weigh in tomorrow for you isn't it ?? I can't wait to hear how you've done chic ? xx

    I am determined but I'm worried that I'm not gonna lose anything >.< I am determined but yesterday was the most hardest day yet. I'm only 5 foot 3 so it looks worse plus I'm 23 I'm such ashamed like. I can't wait until November >.<
