Yes get those ones that show your weight to the quarter pound. But don't get obsessed with them (as I am with mine!)
 
Post your menus up with quantities so we can see what you're eating; the amounts you have mentioned don't sound like a lot. As a guide today I have already had turkey rashers and egg, half a chicken and 6 oatbran biscuits.
 
Yeah it's true that we need FULL menus. At your current weight, you should be eating PLENTY...
