    Breakfast - 1 weetabix +semi skimmed (100)
    - 100g grapes (64)

    Lunch - 1 Chicken breast
    - 1 grilled mushroom
    - philidelphia light
    - salad

    Dinner - WW Sausage and mash meal (312)
    - WW carrot cake slice (71)

    Supper - 3 Hovis crackers with dairylea light - (115)

    Snacks - walkers baked crisps (100)
    - Hartleys sugar free Jelly (not sure but not many!)

    TOTAL - 1002

    Pleased with how I got on today, I have felt full all day and because I have eaten regularly I havn't had a chance to think about being 'naughty'!
